Maintaining good health over the years is far simpler, less expensive and more comfortable than restoring health that has become poor.

We must not always think that “there is still tomorrow”. As the saying goes “live as if there is no more tomorrow”, we must not always feel lazy. We must do what we can do now. Tomorrow might be late.

The program must be fit into your life.
